The SAR9 is one of the most thoroughly tested pistols available, endurance-proven by 150,000 rounds of live fire during factory validation. Built on a polymer frame paired with a forged-steel slide and barrel, the striker-fired platform balances durability with a friendly shooting experience: a 20-degree grip angle and three interchangeable backstraps tailor ergonomics to individual hands for natural pointability and confident control.
Several configurations offer pre-drilled mounting provisions for micro reflex sights, and the slide geometry includes user-friendly serrations for secure manipulation under stress. Passive and mechanical safeties include an integrated trigger safety, a manual thumb safety for preference-driven carry, and a striker status indicator for visual and tactile confirmation of striker condition. An accessory Picatinny rail adds mission flexibility for lights and lasers.
